Rosengren Kohlmeyer, Law Office Chtd, practices criminal defense throughout southern Minnesota. Both Mr. Rosengren and Mr. Kohlmeyer are former prosecutors and have over 10 years of criminal defense experience each.
We've handled cases from minor consumption and DWI charges all the way to 1st degree murder. We've appeared throughout Minnesota's court system including the trial courts, court of appeals, Minnesota Supreme Court as well as the 8th circuit court of appeals and even the United States Supreme Court.
